On this week’s show I devote time to the subjects of suicide, mental illness, and some of the incredibly painful issues that can manifest when symptoms are left untreated. I also share three true stories of individuals I used to have a therapeutic relationship with. This weeks show is definitely PG 13 +. That said, some parents may find it useful, powerful, and important for their children to hear, let your intuition be your guide.
I close with an important reminder about intimacy, authenticity, and our choices regarding the tools technology has provided. Sometimes Twitter, Facebook, and email, should be our last choice for communication. Reach out (in person) and speak your truth.
