Online Recovery Support – Episode 102
Tonight on Episode 102 I share a brilliant story of how one of our listeners starts his day. In the same story he talks about how this really special time helped him get sober and helps him stay that way. Walk around the lake, walk in the woods, sit in nature, ground yourself. Anything that helps you connect with your soul is awesome!
I also share a story about Anthony Bourdain, his writing style, and how he is a great model for living your gift.
Also, How do I know where to begin? What is being given me to do? How do I know if its my heart or my head? Stepping into abundance and joy.
Make a gratitude list, then and make a list of things you are disturbed about. Look at one list, then the other. Notice how you feel about the lists and watch/observe the energy in your body as you do this. What does that tell you?
This and more tonight on ORS Radio. If you miss the live show you can download from iTunes or catch it anytime at www.onlinerecoverysupport.com.

Online Recovery Support – Episode 101
Tonight I take a minute to express my gratitude to everyone who shared in the celebration of episode 100 last week and before Garrett kills me I mention our awesome Facebook page and the iTunes review page.
Tonight we talk about pain and struggles that have led to accomplishments and healing.
A story about a guy who turned anger into softness and softness into sales.
How we care for ourselves. The food we eat, the air we breathe, the bed we sleep on, the people we befriend.
Gratitude for the “good” and the “bad”.
I also share a powerful email from a listener about his journey as a partner of someone who suffers and his journey of healing. He says “it’s like a birth.”

Online Recovery Support – Episode 100
Tonight I want to start the show with something from Virgina Satir that’s all all of us.
In all the world,
there is no one else exactly like me -
everything that comes out of me is authentically mine,
because I alone choose it – I own everything about me – my body, my feelings, my mouth, my voice, all my actions,
whether they be to others or to myself –
I own my fantasies, my dreams, my hopes, my fears –
I own all my triumphs and successes, all my failures and mistakes. Because I own all of me, I can become intimately acquainted with me – by so doing I can love me and be friendly with me in all my parts –
I know there are aspects about myself that puzzle me,
and other aspects that I do not know –
but as long as I am friendly and loving to myself,
I can courageously and hopefully look for solutions to the puzzles and for ways to find out more about me –
However I look and sound, whatever I say and do,
and whatever I think and feel at a given moment in time is authentically me – If later some parts of how I looked, sounded, thought and felt turned out to be unfitting, I can discard that which I feel is unfitting, keep the rest, and invent something new for that which I discarded –
I can see, hear, feel, think, say, and do.
I have the tools to survive, to be close to others, to be productive,
and to make sense and order out of the world of people and things outside of me –
I own me, and therefore I can engineer me –
I am me &
I AM OKAY
I had no conscious idea that things would turn out as they have. Thank you all so very much for all you have done to support me.
Go Easy on Yourself, Be EASY with you. Love you.
How would you treat yourself if you saw yourself as a developing soul?
Advice from a Monk as to what to do with your life? “Just one thing, Contemplate the meaning of existence.”
Tonight It’s all about you and how grateful I am to you for being a part of our ever growing online family.
A little bit about my history of recovery and my early years working in the “trenches.”
What are we here to learn?
A little bit about the origin or ORS
An awesome story from our friend Rob for receiving an award for being “Spirit in Human Form”
You are Light, Vibration, Love and Energy. You are also, magic. Give what you want to receive
My favorite book that did so much to change my life, Path of Empowerment. It starts from within.
Through experiencing our darkness, we discover what it is that we are not. And in this way, we also discover what it is that we are.
Our practice is not to clear up the mystery, it is to make the mystery clear.
