Online Recovery Support – Episode 85
On this weeks show I spend some time talking about what to expect from therapy, and how counseling, therapy, and healing, can be very different.
Also, more on shame, vulnerability, and embracing life.
Thank you to everyone for an incredible 2010!!
Love and Light to all.
To all of you that support us and help to make the show possible, my thanks. It has been an amazing year that has brought much change and continues to surprise me. Looking back at all of the work we have done together, I feel grateful and fortunate to be a part of this amazing unfoldment.
Each week we try and put together a show that offers healing, perspective, insight, a little solid research, and the occasional personal story. In the coming weeks you will see a new look to the ORS website as we will be doing a little work to improve appearance and usability. By March or April you will see much more activity on the site and we may be able to produce a few more shows. Syndication maybe? Book deal?? Could be.
Remember, thoughts become things and I’m choosing some really good ones, so 2011 and 2012 are going to be amazing.
As much as I’d like to be in San Francisco for the holidays (ice skating in Union Square, and dinner at Gary Danko or Michael Mina), I told my family I would be in attendance this year so I am home for the holidays. I will visit the Bay area in early Spring and look forward to seeing some of my old friends.
To all of you, my wishes for a lovely Christmas. I send you Love and Light during this incredibly special time.

Online Recovery Support Radio – Episode 83
Like I mentioned during last weeks show, this time of year I reflect back on what has transpired both in my life, and on the show during the preceding 12 months. This weeks episode takes a look back at some of my favorite concepts, lessons, struggles, and inspirations that have come up. It is one of those “feet to the fire” shows that makes us really take a close look at what we see in the mirror, and what we need to do to change what we don’t like. Join us or download from iTunes.
